Welcome to Happy Trails’ Annual Adopt-A-Thon!
Each year, we invite our community to help “adopt” a portion of our vital equine-assisted services—whether that’s a rider, a horse, a class, a ride, or just a smile. Your generous contribution supports our mission to enrich the lives of children, adults, and veterans with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities through equine-assisted services. From $100 for a “Smile” to $3,000 for a full “Rider,” each level of support directly benefits our riders and helps sustain the care, instruction, and spirit that make our services possible. Join us in making a difference—one adoption at a time.

We are getting close to 150 riders here at Happy Trails! Sponsor a rider, and that money will go to a rider scholarship, which will pay for the certified riding instructor and all program materials for that rider throughout the whole year!
You will receive: 4 tickets to each 2026 Happy Trails event, and other special perks throughout the year.

We have 20 horses and a miniature donkey in our Happy Trails herd. If you sponsor a horse, that money will go directly to the care of that horse: feed, vet expenses, bedding, & equipment.
You will receive: 2 tickets to each 2026 Happy Trails event, custom recognition sign on the horse’s stall, and other special perks throughout the year.

Here at Happy Trails, we provide over 650 group classes each year! If you sponsor a class, that money will go directly to the cost of putting that class on: equipment, time, and resources.
You will receive: 2 tickets to the 2026 Happy Trails Round Up, a special thank you gift, and other perks throughout the year.

Happy Trails is providing over 2,500 rides each year! If you sponsor a ride, that money will go into the rider’s scholarship fun.
You will receive: a photo thank you card

Happy Trails helps riders experience the thrill of riding a horse. If you sponsor a smile, that money will go directly into our program fund and help us put smiles on our students’ faces.
